Rates and Details

At Giang Tien Audio and Studio42, we do not like to list rates for what we charge. Each situation has its own unique needs and requirements, even if the equipment load-out is identical to a previous event. All rates are negotiable. When dealing with a small sound company that loves what it does and is as available and adaptable as we are, we are able to provide fiercely competitive pricing. We promise that even if we are not the least expensive quote, you will still get the best in gear, the best engineer and way more for your money than any other sound company can provide. There is no compromise and no cutting corners. In keeping with that vision, we are not a gear rental company. When you hire Giang Tien Audio and Studio42, you get a trained sound production company to handle the requirements of the event. We retain full control over our equipment at all times. If you wish to rent gear, we suggest you check the Yellow Pages or the local pro audio shops.

We have a wide variety of offerings depending on your requirements. We can discuss your needs for your event and come up with the perfect combination of equipment to ensure success. A system as flexible as ours is capable of handling virtually any scenario thrown at it. No other system offers such features and compatibility. Whether it be remote recording, mobile studio, live sound for bands, concerts, karaoke, music playback, the system does it all and does it extremely well. Add to the package our head engineer and there is virtually nothing the system can not do.

The system is very modular and can scale up or down depending on what is required for the event. The amount of equipment involved does affect pricing, but you will still get more for your money than you will get from any other company. With more equipment, more speakers and more lights, we can please even the toughest of clients.

Pick up the phone and give us a call and we can begin discussing your event. We can work with any budget and any event, so what are you waiting for? We offer special rates for charity events, fund raisers and other such events. Do not let a small budget prevent you from getting the best sound system working for you. Where others say "no", we can say "yes". You will be amazed and delighted at what we can do for you.

However, you still probably want to see something anyways. So, here it is. Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates and starting points. Often, our price quote to you will be lower than the rates listed here.

For those asking for hourly rates, we typically prefer to not track hours as it tends to be a waste of time in the long run. We prefer to use a flat rate price for the services. But for those asking for an hourly rate, here it is: $150/hour with a 2 hour minimum charge regardless of actual time. After 2 hours, time can be billed in 15 minute increments, which equates to $32.50/15 minutes.
